What is Youth As Resources?

Youth As Resources, a community based program of Youth Cornerstone, Inc., provides funding for youth to design and implement service projects within their community. YAR encourages Oklahoma County youth, ages 5-19, to identify a need, develop a solution and contribute to significant community change.
